Luke Raley (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Tacoma on Thursday.
Raley has been out since the end of April with his oblique strain. The 30-year-old will likely need a handful of games in Triple-A, and then he should return to a regular role against right-handed pitching with the Mariners in the middle of June.

Slade Cecconi shut out the A’s for seven innings in the Guardians’ 3-0 victory Sunday.
Cecconi gave up a whopping 14 hard-hit balls, but just six were hits and all of those were singles. Two turned into double-play balls. Cecconi helped his cause by starting one of those and also by picking off a runner. It’s definitely encouraging how Cecconi has performed since joining the Cleveland rotation, but today’s outing, which included just three strikeouts, doesn’t really build on that. He’s still a viable option next weekend at home against the Guardians.
What's next for demoted Red Sox prospect Campbell?
A tough couple months prompted a demotion for Red Sox prospect Kristian Campbell, but James Schiano remains confident he'll find his way in Boston -- and for fantasy managers.
  • CLE Relief Pitcher #48
Emmanuel Clase barely managed a scoreless ninth Sunday for a save against the A’s.
Clase gave up two hits and a walk before striking out Max Muncy and getting Lawrence Butler to ground out to end the game. Clase has certainly been better lately than he was at the beginning of the year, but he has given up 12 hits in his last 8 2/3 innings. He’s given up 40 hits and 10 walks in 33 2/3 innings for the season. Last year, he allowed 39 hits and 10 walks in 74 1/3 innings.
  • ATH Starting Pitcher #38
JP Sears surrendered three runs in five innings Sunday in a loss to the Guardians.
Still one of his better showings of late. Sears struck out five and gave up only five hard-hit balls today. Unfortunately, four of those became hits, including a pair that followed a walk in the second, leading to a two-run inning. In his last eight starts, Sears is 1-5 with 35 earned runs allowed in 36 innings. If not for some injuries, he might have lost his spot already. As is, he’s set to face the Yankees next weekend.
  • COL Center Fielder #22
Mickey Moniak went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run against the Diamondbacks on Sunday.
  • COL Relief Pitcher #54
Seth Halvorsen tossed a scoreless ninth inning and picked up the save against the Diamondbacks on Sunday.
  • ARI Starting Pitcher #32
Brandon Pfaadt allowed four runs in five innings and took the loss against the Rockies on Sunday.
  • COL Starting Pitcher #49
Antonio Senzatela allowed two runs in 5 2/3 innings and got the win in the Rockies’ 4-2 victory over the Diamondbacks on Sunday.
Senzatela gave up four hits, walked one and struck out five. After winning just one of his first 14 starts this year, the 30-year-old right-hander has won back-to-back starts. Senzatela still has a 6.48 ERA on the year and can’t be counted on for fantasy production at this point in his career. He’s lined up to face the Brewers on the road next weekend.
  • MIL 2nd Baseman #2
Brice Turang went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run against the Twins on Sunday.
Turang’s home run was his fifth of the season. He hit a three-run shot off David Festa in the fifth inning. Turang is known for his speed as he stole 50 bases last year and has 16 stolen bases this year. His hitting has improved this year as his .276 average is up from .254 last year and his five home runs are just two away from the seven he hit in 155 games last year.
  • MIN Center Fielder #25
Byron Buxton went 3-for-5 with a walk, a stolen base and two solo home runs against the Brewers on Sunday.
Buxton’s two home runs give him 17 on the season. He hit a solo shot off Quinn Priester in the first inning and another solo shot off Abner Uribe in the sixth inning. Buxton has two two-homer games in his last four games and has hit six home runs over his last six games. He’s hitting .285 with a .928 OPS and 47 RBI on the year.
  • MIL Relief Pitcher #29
Trevor Megill tossed a scoreless 1 1/3 innings and picked up the save against the Twins on Sunday.
Megill was called on in the eighth inning Sunday. After a Ty France home run brought the Twins to within one, the Twins put two men on base with two outs in the eighth. Megill came in a promptly struck out Jonah Bride to end the threat. In the ninth inning, the Twins would put two men on base again only for Megill to put out the fire again. He has a 2.70 ERA to go along with his 17 saves this year.
